1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our business and to maintain the highest hygiene standards, all clothing sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless there is a problem with the item, such as it being damaged, defective, or the wrong size.


2. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by offering one of the following options:

• A full refund to your original payment method.

• A replacement shirt at no additional cost.


3. Wrong Size

If you receive an item in the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement shirtin the correct size at no additional cost.


4. Size and Fit

To help you choose the correct size, please refer to our sizing guide available on each product page. If you have questions about sizing before placing your order, feel free to reach out to us.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase, as we process and fulfill orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed.


6. Refund Process

Once your return or issue is confirmed, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
